Due to the continued concern related to COVID-19 and the well-being of our members and staff, the Alcon Employees Federal Credit Union Board and Management teams have chosen to hold our Board of Director election process and publish the state of the credit union Annual Report virtually once again.

Board Elections
As a member of the credit union, you have the right to vote for the Board members who help govern and lead our organization. The following Board Members are up for election or re-election to the Alcon Employees Federal Credit Union Board of Directors this year:

Glenda O’Brien
Nick Murray
Toni Harvey

To participate in the voting process, we ask that you complete and submit the online ballot. Or, if you prefer, you may print, complete and mail in a physical ballot to the credit union. Further voting instructions are noted on the ballot.

Annual Report
In addition to voting, we hope you’ll take a moment to learn more about the state of Alcon Employees Credit Union, our financial condition, the progress we’ve made thus far, and our plans for the future by reviewing our latest Annual Report.

2021 Board Elections

BALLOT
(By completing and submitting this form, you are voting to elect or re-elect the candidates listed below to the Board of Directors. For your vote to be counted, you must include your member name and number so we can verify membership – authenticity of voting power). If you prefer to print and mail in your ballot, please follow the instructions on this physical ballot. Please note: To be eligible for voting, your ballot must be received via email (this online ballot) or postmarked (if mailed) by November 5, 2021. Duties/Responsibilities of Board Member Include:

  • Direct operation of the credit union
  • Legally be responsible for financial condition of the credit union
  • Develop policies and procedures for the credit union
  • Attend monthly board meetings (1 to 2 hours) and special meetings as called
  • Devot time as required to address business requirements

Candidates for any position must:

  • Have been an employee of their present employer for two years
  • Be a credit union member
  • Have three years of continuous good credit
  • Meet the guidelines for loan officer approval
